Refund policy

We have a no-return policy, but will accept exchanges within one week of delivery for items of equal or greater value.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, contact us at info@mavensjewelry.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Lost or Misdelivered Shipments

If your item gets lost in the mail and you have not opted to include Navidium insurance at checkout, Mavens Jewelry will not be liable for the lost item or the lost cost. Sorry!

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom design orders.
